ChatGPT has no Create MCP App

The + menu in ChatGPT’s Plugins offers no Create MCP App until Developer mode is on.

If + (Add) on Plugins offers only Create plugin and Upload plugin archive, Developer mode is off.

1. Open Settings → Security and login and switch on Developer mode. Open ChatGPT settings
2. Go back to Plugins and choose + (Add) → Create MCP App.

An account that already has Developer mode on may show no switch there. Then continue with Connect ChatGPT.
