What a note’s page shows
The actions, details, local map, backlinks and history on a note’s own page.
The note page shows the title, its number, its status, when it was last modified and by whom, then the description and the rendered body. Wiki-links open the note they point to.
Actions
Edit note, Flag for curation and Download .md. A pending note also shows Approve and Reject. See Flag a note.
Note details
When it was created and by whom, with a link to everything that connection added; when it was modified and by whom; the source, only when the writer gave a URL or the note was imported from a file; its size in words and approximate tokens; and its tags.
Local neighbourhood
A small map of this note and the notes it links to or is linked from, one or two hops out, with Open full map. Links that lead nowhere are listed beneath it.
Backlinks
Every note that links here.
History
Each earlier version with what changed, when, and who did it. A proposal you approved is credited to the assistant that proposed it; if you amended it before approving, the version is marked as your edit. Open a version to see the diff or the whole text, and Restore this version to put it back. Restoring is itself a new version, so it can be undone.
Forget history permanently removes earlier versions and the retained content in related Activity records and applied proposals. If a shared curation run refers to the note, its narrative is cleared too; identities, actions and times remain. Held drafts must be decided first; otherwise forgetting is refused without erasing anything. It does not erase the current note, independent copies, exports or backups.
